How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

Stuff Everywhere

I moved back home for the summer about 2 weeks ago now, and I have put off, and put off unpacking my things. I finally started today, and have come to a realization...

It is nearly impossible to fit 21 years of stuff in a 10'x10' room lol.

Its so hard to go through your stuff and decide what should be put in storage and what shouldn't...I feel like I need all of it...D: My poor things, being all alone and cold in a storage room!

And then the difficult decision of where to put the things you are keeping...like art stuff. ohboy. lol xD I have so much art stuff and just no where to put it! what to do, what to do.

I guess I'll figure something out eventually haha.

So I'm curious...how do you guys have your own rooms/homes set up?

Organization is super tricky for those in between careers

I like the idea of everything having a place, even to the extent of organizing bookshelves topically. My greatest enemy is a treatable case of pack-rat syndrome, which results in cleaning sessions scripted as follows; "Now why did I keep this? It's utterly useless!"

under beds and in closets seems to work well for putting less used stuff. I use every bit of storage space I have at my apartment. However, I decided to work and take classes throughout the entire summer without hardly any breaks. It must be nice to be back home for a bit.

My house is organized individually, with the occupant of the room generally deciding how stuff in it is organized.

For me, I try to have a low inventory, I keep what I need or really like, and the rest I just er dump or stash it.........................somewhere in the gaming/storage room(hahaha yes I have my PS3 and gaming PC in the storage room XD).

My room itself is kept well organized by going through newly acquired stuff every 6 months or so and dumping most of what I got(which usually includes fat textbooks or assignment books), or stashing them in the storage room, or keeping them in my room.

I keep most of my books and games in cupboards, so I know exactly where everything is at any one time ^^

cram packed. Which is why I highly favor things with lots of storage space...a desk with lots of drawers and cabinets, cheap shelves, containers for art stuff...I even put stuff in containers under my bed
